I knew putting it in the bank was not a good idea because it would just get spent. To lock it up in a CD didn't look good because they were offering less than 5% returns. I thought about the stock market but I don't know enough to make good money and its to risky. I decided to invest my money with you guys because you make it so easy. You handle all the details and the Title company makes sure we get the legal protection we need. I'm now earning a safe 11% to 13% returns and you've kept all your commitments as promissed, I couldn't be more satisfied.

I have been investing now with Texas Home Savers for 13 years and my investements are secure, and paying me well. I am testimony to the success of what he is doing. He can get private money from hard money lenders, but he would much rather borrow from family and friends. He can pay monthly interest or let it accrue. I have done both. I have monthly income from some investments, and others I am letting accrue. several have already paid off, as he sold the houses, and because I hold the lein on these, the title company cuts me a check. Besides interest on the money, he also paid me origination fees (points) on the money. Not bad. He is doing a fantastic job.
